I presume the date error is just that. Also Katrina is a three state disaster region that is the size of Great Britain. All the dementia about Katrina is coming out of the place with the 2000 buses left to flood out so 80 thousands could not be evacuated even before the storm. A massive logistic response is not the result of leadership from the top in the moment but an indicator of past planning. The response of all dem leaders in La has been and is pathetic.
