Sorry dude.....being in N. LA when the need is in NO ain't good enough.

And the fact that it took five long days for the national Guard to show up in S. Miami is the reason that FEMA and the whole disaster program was revamped under Clinton. Sadly, its only taken Bush II 5 years to unravel the good done under Clinton.
