So it is a continuation of the blame game whether it is Tenet (a Clinton admin holdover, or it is Blanco, a Democrat or Cindy Sheehan). Bush takes no responsibility. So what do you think a President should be responsible for, that is if you believe in the adage THE BUCK STOPS HERE.
