Actually I did not bring it up. Someone else noted (with some amusement) the sub title of Darwin's work. I merely responded to that

You are right in that many people of Darwin's time were racist, and it would be unwarranted to tar all Darwinists with the same brush. That said, ideas have consequences and it is not unfair to note that the very systems that rest so heavily on a Darwinist justification and deny anything beyond naturalistic materialism, are responsible for the greatest bloodshed in the history of the planet. These evil acts are perfectly consistent with evolutionary theory in fact it's a logical conclusion to think that the poor the sick and the weak should be eliminated to make room for the strong. It's only because of the vestigial remains of illusionary religious morality (that evolutionists are so quick to undermine) that there is any basis left, on which to object. If they are in fact illusionary then there is no objection but preference. IOW It would not actually be wrong to be a racist or anything else for that matter. Might simply makes right.

Even as I watch the confirmation of Roberts I wonder if the idea that "all men are created equal by God" would be laughed out the door if it were introduced today. The term survival of the fittest assumes inequality. Evolutionary Naturalism, (if true) leaves no room for transcendent ethics. In other words all bets are off. Since it appears wildly counter intuitive to imagine that evil is nothing but a social construct, the theory of evolution deserves careful scrutiny. Rather than being science it appears to be a form of scientism that amounts to an unwarranted imposition of a philosophical worldview.
