Why does neither Canada, USA nor UK have a proportional representation multy-party system?? I mean, USA could have Michael Moore speaking in the congress with only some popular 4-5% of votes, no need to just make funny movies and documentaries. At a minimum, he could speak freely in his local congress. Btw, whatch out, is coming.. it is about to happen in BC.CA and should already had happened in UK. Luckily it already happened in Wales, Scotland, both Irelands and NZ is doing well (Australia is still something for the future)
