Including the new shares and warrants, GENR now has about 80M fully-diluted shares.

Two years ago, it was 30M shares, fully-diluted.

The new money obviously isn't enough to get through two phase-3 trials. Spurning a “bad partnership” in 2003 may turn out to have been a “bad” idea. Time will tell.
