Jim Crow is getting ready for the next millenium, nobody said four more was enough. (note, me not talking decades) However, I would personally be really new-year-happy if anyone could provide me with a link to that voting thing that proved that a two-party-system is the best sauce for USA (1971 voting act, hearings??) bellsisters.com Something about how even the very smallest minority could excersize their right to upset the two parties, to prove how great those two parties was, and is, plus are.
