I don't recall saying I was in construction, though I once was. Union Member, in fact. Why do you keep asking how much skill it takes to run a shovel, seemingly belittling the relatively small amount of skill needed to push a broom, ect.? It looks like you are suggesting I've said the unskilled poor are unemployable or something. Quite the opposite. I know they can get things done, and am fighting to convince you to see fit to support something which will allow MORE of them to operate shovels, etc., instead of being left jobless as more skilled and versatile folks, get all the damn work INCLUDING pushing a wheel-barrow as needed.
