At the time, the provisions seemed fairly innocuous. Maybe it's because it's 3 am and I have insomnia, but these words grabbed me. They seem to nicely encapsulate the problems that occur when you try to make exceptions for groups. Eventually someone pushes to a point that threatens the values and laws of the majority. Seems to me pretty clearcut, that when the exceptions allow judgments that conflict this greatly with the laws of the country, it's time to take a stand and forget PC. Thanks for calling attention to it again, Croc. I'm glad they pulled the plug on that one.
