At least it was news in the positive direction. I gathered a little information from it to determine some possibilities for this quarter. We are looking at revenues from just the PRO-TEC acquisition of $82,500 for the month of July, $110,000 for Aug. At least $110,000 for Sept. for a total of $302,500 for the 3rd quarter. This by itself is an increase in revenues over the 2nd quarter by 13% if everything else remained the same. Earnings may be impacted even better because PRO-TEC'S products have the highest margin of any of LUKN's product lines. The CEO stating that they are finding more and more ways to increase that business and the next step to move it to the international markets seems like good news for the future. With the India plant just going online I wonder if it will have any impact on this quarter. In my last conversation with the CEO he stated that the Tech-snyt venture was doing well now. So I believe that the numbers should improve for the 3rd quarter somewhat. This is just my opinion though. I want to see positive cash flows for this quarter and an improvement in accounts rx. I am expecting the next press release to be about a new suture material for the vetenarian market. Even though the numbers for the company have been disappointing lately I have to give management credit for all of the acquistions, ventures and new products that they have been continuouly adding and keeping costs down as well. Long term I still think LUKN will do very well.
