NY home inventory exploding. L.I. inventory now at 23,850 homes for sale and accelerating. Literally a hundred per day now and this is NOT supposed to happen after Labor Day. Multiple price reductions (from lofty levels of course) in outlier areas in Suffolk County - Dix Hills Eastward. This is getting recognizably bad. mlsli.com
