Proxy fight has been over for almost a week now (Crescendo gave in) and that is why any one who thught there would be a quick sale of the company is bailing out.. Although I voted with the management, I have to say I have been disappointed that the company has not been buying back shares all along.. Crescendo was definitely right about that..
