Shadowman I right click My Computer, I get Files Stored on This Computer Hard Disk Drives Local Dusk (C:) Devices with removable storage If I click "file" on the tool bar, I get properties but it is grey, so I can't open it. To the other question, no, I have not reinstalled an operating system over a pre... I went to the Add remove program and did not find SP1, but I remember that I installed it. So the guy who had my computer to work on may be deleted it. I will have to call him, tonight. Thanks Eva
