Jon Stewart often has his head up his ass. Stewart well may not understand that those whose crotch was in NO allowed 2000 buses to drown that could have been used used move 8 times the number of people stranded well before they were stranded.

Only the mentally retarded would suggest the President should make decisions over the heads of locals that should be obvious to local officials.

That you by implication advocate positions that only the mentally retarded would suggest never surprises me.
