"I guess when you think of all the Katrina video footage, and you think of the ads with voice over the DNC could run for the mid-term elections..." The problem is that their solution will be to throw a lot of money at their favored contractors so they can say they care. Oh, and the money will be off-budget. And to pay for it, they need a tax cut... But it has been their biggest PR disaster ever.
