Delfino v. Agilent
A California Appellate Court will decide if a company that calls itself an ISP is entitled to CDA immunity after it knowingly harbored a domestic terrorist.

Two years ago Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:A) fired what it called a "bad employee" months after he was arrested by the FBI for emailing death threats from work. Federal authorities prosecuted Agilent's engineer and a trial judge awarded the victims $1.1 million.

The Appellants Opening Brief was filed on September 12, 2005.
