I've only been trading this for about 9 months now, naturally with
losses. From what I understand, '94 earnings were helped a lot by
a drought which hurt the cotton crop, increasing wool usage. At
the same time, CIND issued
a number of equity financing measures which brought in more shares
throughtout '95-'96 and provided selling pressure. Earnings more of less kept up, but growth
appeared stagnant due to better weather and dilution.

I felt the stock was about to turnaround this Summer
as they seemed to have worked their way through the financing, and
had continued excellent earnings. Then, the Cashmere deal
came along which provides 36M more shares and more uncertainty.
I was stopped out at 1, but unfortunately came back at 11/16 when
I thought it was over-sold. Still, if the 10K looks decent, the
stock should get at least a moderate boost. I suspect that for
a substantial appreciation (3 bagger+) one might have to wait out
this fiscal year.

Good luck, Jeff
