Friends and Shareholders:

Attached please find this morning's press release announcing our participation in the world's largest law enforcement conference and exposition -- the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 112th annual conference.

This law enforcement show is the largest exposition of its kind in the world, and leads the profession in educating and presenting the latest law enforcement suggested operating procedures, equipment, and training.

We will once again have a large 40'x40' exhibit, at booth #2443, to demonstrate the highly advanced IVR HD-300™ law enforcement situational awareness and firearms training simulator. In addition, will debut our patent-pending Threat-Fire(TM) belt, and new wireless recoil training weapons, to the law enforcement community.

We have been enjoying increased momentum in the law enforcement market recently. Departments striving for the very best training for their officers, even those with limited budgets, have increasingly been favoring our IVR HD law enforcement training systems. Word is getting around that departments no longer must settle for the old flat, single-screen systems. With VirTra Systems' competitive pricing, it is no wonder that our systems are continuing to draw interest in the law enforcement training community.

Now that VirTra Systems has established its name as a serious contender in firearms training for both law enforcement and military personnel, we expect to further accelerate our momentum in this market by exhibiting at this important show.

The show's name is indicative of the type of professionals who will be attending -- high-ranking law enforcement professionals with the authority to make purchasing decisions -- such as police chiefs, public safety directors, and their immediate subordinates. After making our initial debut to the rank-and-file members of the tactical training community at last year's TREXPO shows, we now will promote our technologically-advanced systems to the highest-ranking members of the law enforcement community.

We have very high expectations for this show, and we know of several agencies/departments planning to attend the show for the sole purpose of seeing our IVR HD-300 simulator.

For those shareholders who wish to attend and see the system for themselves, our investor relations department has made arrangements for free passes to this "badge-only" exposition. Those of you desiring to attend should contact Steve Haag, at shaag@virtra.com or 817 261-4269, to make arrangements.

These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to any investment in VirTra Systems. I respectfully refer you to VirTra Systems' filings with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
