I think the author says things worthy of consideration, but in this case I don't agree with him. Also, you have to factor in, to some degree, that the journal the article appears in, is one with an agenda. So I'm not totally discounting what the guy says, but I'd temper everything, considering he's not a harvard professor or Rhodes or Cambridge, , rather one from the university of tasmania...
