I totally agree with the incentive contracts. How many have we signed over the years to big bucks that never did a thing for us? More then I care to remember at any rate.

Mandrich would come to mind though. Damn I'm glad we took him instead of Barry Sanders. If your going to build a power house team it's going to be around a guard not a running back, right?
