MM, I don't follow the big uglies that closely, but MTF looks pricey to me. I like the co. and think they are one of the best positioned for the deregulation the mandated PM is going to push. Also, their options are trading as though the volatility is close to zero, so a call buy is not all that expensive. But I have trouble getting excited about them. The court rulings may or not impact the merger, but I don't see that as too big a deal, anyway. It will make for a larger co., with some synergies, but it is not a gangbusters deal.
