Jim, between this forum and the yahoos, you can easily pool well over 500 persons to start a revolt. I suggest you create a format in which everyone can easily initiate and be part of a general campaign to remove those who are holding us back. Its your only choice beyond selling and moving on. I find it hard to believe CH is having "trouble sleeping for fear of growing too fast"....so either he is holding us back or there really is no growth potential.
