Critical Therapeutics to Webcast New York Meeting with Institutional Investors and Analysts

LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2005--Critical Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CRTX - News) will host a meeting in New York City with members of the financial community on Tuesday, September 20, 2005. A live webcast of the meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. ET.

Members of Critical Therapeutics' senior management team will discuss the Company's strategy and operations, including the planned launch - pending regulatory approval - of ZYFLO® Filmtab® (zileuton tablets) for asthma.
