I'm not sure I understand IPM strategy : Why are they not giving Dolbear conclusions now, and then give additional conclusion from Bateman Engineering later ? If Dolbear preliminary report is good it could not hurt. Moreover they seems to have been able to announce this delay and Bateman colaboration (they join the team in early august) quite sooner, why now ? Is just in order that I can buy some shares lower ? Even this seems to be wrong with the market up...?!
