It is beginning to look like no one in charge actually knew what was in the prepared evacuation plan. Or, if they did, they chose to disregard it. I suppose you can't really expect a democrat with no experience to actually know what their job entails, but... I suppose it would be pure partisanship to expect important posts to be held by competent people. The mayor and governor failed in their responsibilities....
