I think only the mainstream media makes a big deal about celebrity comments, I really don't believe that most of America gives any credence to celebs' political drivel... in fact, it's been found that when a celebrity makes a political comment, it only hurts their chances in the film business, they're damaged goods, no sensible producer would want to risk the millions of a film budget with a big mouth low life actor who shot his mouth off, look at the dixie chicks as a great example of that... realize that actors are only hired help, they're performers, they're at the bottom of the totem pole... their manager cuts a deal for one or another film project for them, but the real money is controlled by the investors and Executive Producers, not the actors or film makers... and I would imagine an Executive Producer is much smarter than to risk his position in the industry by angering half the film going audience before the film is made... also, the Executive Producers I know are all Republicans, not demohacks of any sort... and investors don't typically care much for socialists either... GZ
