Would Barry Sanders have turned into the same Barry Sanders playing on grass, and in Green Bay? I wonder....? Lindy Infante?????? Of course Sanders still would have been a better pick than Mandarich.

Incentive contracts sound good...but they bring up some issues as well. For instance, what happens if your QB is in a position to favor one of his locker room buddy's....at the expense of another?

Or a QB ....that audibles out of your game plan to pad his numbers as he gets close to his benchmarks late in the last game of the year as you are driving for the divison championship.Does he put himself over the "team", when theres big money on the line?
