Patriot Motorcycle Corporation Introduces Steed by Patriot Industry
Press Event Announcing New Musclebikes a Huge Success

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Aug 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Patriot Motorcycle Corporation (Pink Sheets:PMCY), exclusive worldwide distributor of the Yamoto line of Dirt Bike motorcycles and All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), announced it has acquired the assets of Steed Musclebike Motorcycle Company of Scottsdale, Arizona at a press conference on Saturday afternoon, August 27th.

The excitement-filled press event was staged at the brand new Family Motor Sports Patriot dealership in Costa Mesa, California - both a flagship showroom facility and part of the training facility for all new Patriot dealers worldwide.

For two action-packed hours, industry notables were entertained, fed and thrilled with the thundering highlight of seven gleaming Steed Musclebikes roaring into the party mid-event - all of which was taped for broadcast on the new "Steel Dreams" television series featuring Patriot Motorcycle Corporation scheduled to debut nationwide mid-September 2005.

Attendees included a broad spectrum of well-known motorcycle magazine writers, news organization editors and wire service representatives - as well as numerous representatives from throughout the motorcycle industry, including renown motorcycle designer John Covington, founder and creator of Steed custom-built V-Twin Musclebikes.

John Covington reiterated that "Never before has a custom V-Twin builder...like Steed...had the full resources of a global company, like Patriot, dedicated to its success. It is not only groundbreaking...it will take Steed and custom V-Twin bikes to a whole new level."

"Now, with Patriot's experience and involvement," noted Mark Green, President of Marketing and Sales for Patriot Motorcycle, "the world of custom V-Twins has just gained the broad distribution and marketing muscle that has been lacking to date...and we are aggressively seeking the best possible flooring options for our dealers and retail financing for end users."

"It is a thundering roll-out in every respect," added Green, "and Patriot dealers are already lining-up highly motivated riders who are anxious to own the new Steed by Patriot Musclebike."
