It is a conundrum. It seems pretty obvious the cost structures are too high in the western world, and as we have talked about for years, our standard of living is in serious jeopardy.

There is a good reason Norway (5 years in a row) has retained the highest standard of living in the world, oil bucks, neutrality, common sense, etc.
The US is now a sad 10th.
