The key element is that a suicide bombers country is occupied by a foreign army, and if it's a different religion that plays a magnifying part.

The article said military presence, not occupied. US troops never "occupied" Saudi Arabia. And US troops are present in South Korea (which has a different religion), Germany, Philippines, God knows how many other countries around the world, and they don't produce suicide bombers. The US overthrew Grenada and Noriega in Panama, and I don't think they had a suicide bomber. Haiti and Bosnia and many countries in African have been "occupied" by UN presence, and I don't think they have suicide bombers.

There were no suicide bombers in Iraq before we arrived, now it's the world capital of suicide bombers

Sure, because before our arrival the killers were in the government, against a defenseless population. They didn't have to kill themselves while killing other Iraqis. Where in the world do you think the 300 MASS GRAVES came from?
