Well, the whole comment that "most suicide bombers are fighting to remove a democratic government from land they consider their own" can probably be rephrased as "most suicide bombers are from Palestine". And he's ignoring the fact that this particular guy blew up a bunch of Iraqi laborers.

It is comparable to person A going to a California winery, telling a bunch of grape picking Mexicans to gather around if they want work tomorrow, and then killing all of them (and himself), and having someone else say that that's person A's way of protesting the current US administration, and its the administration that made person A do it.

Common sense says that person A is sick, and whatever created person A has to be eliminated.
