I have no idea what in the hell is going on dcic and ftel this is unbelieveable. Ftel is a company that has never been or will ever will be profitable. Dcic is the worst balance sheet i have ever seen in my life franklin tele com is going to be a inter accses provider in southern california there is know way that will work dcic is now trying to get into the same i.e fnet . the real action nasf worth 2.00 traded 77 actrde internation acrt 10.50 buy recomendation comming out soon.
