Sorry, I can't divine what is propelling Xoma, and I don't know if there is a significant connection between the companies (ie Immunex). What I am suggesting as a possibility is that the moves in price are connected. The big multinationals are taking a hit today; hi-tech is taking a breather of sorts. Perhaps we are seeing what the talking heads refer to as a sector rotation. Smart money has to go somewhere. Only an observation.
