The pledge of allegiance is a stupid issue. I remember as a kid having to say that pledge. Yawn. It's out-dated and boring. Maybe if the rightwing stopped trying to dictate personal morality, hijack "God" and quit taking the Lord's name in vain all the time, this issue would go away. This is the most dishonest, un-Christrian and unethical administration we have ever had and Delay's congress is even worse. It makes me nauseous whenever they try to hide behind the Bible or Jesus Christ. Even today Bush is trying to turn his Katrina AWOL non-performance into a Christian revival meeting. Jesus would chuck these Texas thieves out of the temple and vote democratic.
