There atually is a fictional feel to this whole scenario. The lead Prosecuter is Batman and Hsu is The Joker: "Holy sourcecode, Batman! Now the jokes have gone TOO far" cried Robin, after reading the latest Avant! press release. "If I can just get the Batmobile to outmaneuver all the Avant! defense lawyers... that Joker is making a mockery out of all that is fundemental and virtuous in Gotham City's markets" said Batman.
