Damn, I hope someone is keeping track of all this. Seems like we are rushing off in every direction throwing money around with no clear direction. I dont like giving these people CASH, much of it will be wasted. I dont mind providing home/health/food/education and the like but giving cash is almost sure to result in nothing. jdn
