This is just a chart read - you do your own fundies.

On my Charts the stock looks solid. Would I like to buy it in the 7 range? YES! But, the chart looks as if it has clear sailing to 11-13 dollars. Since I'm ALWAYS wrong on my first buy smart people would probably buy some here and wait for a PB and then add to the position.
