OT...You don't know the half of it:>) At the risk of a lawsuit from the people who sold it to me (I doubt they they read stock boards but everybody has a relative that might..)I'll save the gory details of what I bought..I come home one day about 7 months ago and tell my wife I think I found a "deal"...She says "yeah?"....I say yeah, I can make 50000 in 6 months...she says go fer it...we buy...she never sees the house(she trusts me because I'm batting 8 for 8 in her eyes)...we start joking that maybe she should never see the house...until we sell...because it's FUBAR....then she tells me, maybe I should fix it up because I need the exercise but I'm probably not up to it...of course this is a rigged challenge...so I say ok, no problem...Now you're looking at, err, reading about, a 54 yr old guy that once built homes in the Hollywood Hills of Kalifornya back in 1975...and a few years before my first forey into the silver market that hooked me for life..the all time stock high if you will in his physical yada yada...well 23 pounds lighter in that HOT SUN (203 TO 180)and going to bed an hour after I got home at 7 and up at 5...I finally closed on that sucker today and never want to do it again... It's a young guys game...even with the money....my wife read me like a clock as usual and I got in shape again...Now I'm just gonna pump iron with my physical silver and gold... Oh, I only made 43,700 before gains because I was too spent to do the tile work and some other stuff...Roofing in Florida will do that to ya...
