Myth "busting" janegalt.net; I am disappointed. This has got to be one of the more pathetic efforts to explain away the poor performance of the feds. Very tangible reasons have been presented to you and other Americans as to why FEMA is so screwed up.......start with most of the top mgmt in FEMA having little experience in disaster recovery and follow it up with an indifferent president who had to be given a CD of news reports a week after the hurricane hit to find out what the rest of us new on Tuesday. And yet you look for excuses to explain away the obvious. Its clear now that you are just one more partisan hack who is completely unconcerned with competence, performance, accountability and the nation, and more concerned with maintaining personal wealth and running this country into the ground. Like Harris and DR, its a waste of time trying to have an intelligent exchange with you,and I won't bother in the future. ted
