Why is that bad? If I work hard and earn a few million by the time I'm in my early 50's, I should be able to enjoy it. It's seems fair to me. Lord knows, I've paid my share of taxes. You misunderstood me.....spend it all on yourself and your wife.....just don't leave the bulk to your kids. Its more likely to cripple them than help them. Do what Bill Gates plans to do.......give it away to his foundation. ted
