Mindmeld, To pay for it all, create a new 40% bracket for people that make $500K-$1M in gross income per year. Create another 55% bracket for people who make over $1M per year. Those two new brackets will pay for all the rest. Let's force the rich to give back in big way and resurrect the middle class, while giving the poor a break. Good idea, except that those making over $500K a year can afford to avoid taxes one way or another. Like campaign finances, there's always a way. Tenchusatsu
