Andrew:

Quarterly production of Cymer's lasers approached 100 last quarter and they are ramping up as fast as they can. Micrascan production last quarter totaled 12, and most of those were Hg lamp based Micrascan II+ and Micrascan II QMLs. Micrascan III production last quarter was less than a half dozen. Ramp up to 50 a quarter is not expected until 1999, many on those would still be Micrascan II QMLs, and it would still put SVGI fourth in exicimer laser based stepper production. If Micrascan III production were being pushed out, it would not be anywhere near enough to siginificantly affect Cymer's allocation over the next few quarters. I don't see how it could be anyone but Nikon.....
