International diplomacy is a complicated and sophisticated game that can frustrate even the most clever player. Bush and company have no business playing that game.......they were not up to the task. Sure and that is why clever as he sometimes can be, he left this "complicated and sophisticated" job to the Europeans, who understand this so much better.
