"can you feel my pain....????"

YES! THat's why I play! :-)

I made a similar mistake a while back. This casino closes so they called "last 3 hands." My table includes about 4 young kids that are betting blind, having a great time, and losing money hand over fist--BUT NOT TO ME.

I'm playing tight and can't get a hand. So I decide to play their "always in on nothing, and every hand to the end game" because it WAS the end and I felt (if not lucky), at least that I deserved to be lucky! Now how reckless and dumb is that? All I need to do is to endure being bored, annoyed, and irritated for 3 more hands and I can go home a small winner?

But no! We all have a child! So I played the last 3 hands WITH the children and AS the children...and you know what happened. :-)

Discipline. You can lose it in a flash. Sort of like you are not going to have a drink till AFTER and girly says can I get you anything and your mouth opens and says: "a double rye and seven, please...and add your tip to the rye."

Discipline...
