That's true about the QQQQ positions, Shack, but there's stocks like AMGN and QCOM where the OI is nutty bullish (supposedly bearish). For once, the SMH and brethren are relatively neutral (which is probably bullish <G>). KLAC has more puts than calls at 50, which is a rarity, though it's not a daily chart that screams out to me to go long.

Again, could be stock specific, but I'd agree that charts and QQQQ options, at least, say we have far more potential to fly up than down.
