I hope you folks don't mind if I jump into your discussion a little. I'm a new shareholder as of several months ago and here is what I see and the reason I bought into PYNG. The company is growing it's revenues (60%) and earnings at a very healthy pace. The company is now profitable. Annualizing their last quarter's numbers gives us EPS of $0.06 so it's trading at a PE of 12 nine months out. That's assuming no growth from here.
I really don't care what management has done in the past they have somehow managed to deliver very good growth numbers now. This company is very typical of successful small public companies that took too long to fulfill their promise and projections. Old shareholders are frustrated and will probably sell too soon and new shareholders take over. As long as "Mikey" continues to deliver strong growth he will continue to attract new shareholders. It's all about growing their numbers.
