Let me take a stab at this...

PBLS's potential value, imho, rests with the cause of last Thursday/Friday's severe correction: if the MMs did naked shorts to grab a profit and split, PBLS will likely stay where it's at +/- 30% for a few months at least. If the MMs were naked shorting to stock up on shares, they know something we don't and PBLS is setting to boom. If the company was buying back shares and manipulated the market back down to .045 to acquire them, this company is probably set for a big boom as well.

Based on the last PR I'm not convinced the stock has a positive direction coming this week...seems to me that PRs that say virtually nothing other than "I'm still here" would come from companies whose CEOs believe their investor base to be shaky and weak. (thus the shake!!) PBLS needs to make PRs only as relevant information arrives, even if it takes a while. I imagine that seasoned investors only pay attention to relevant information, and as they are seasoned they are probably sitting on a fair amount of buying power, making irrelevant announcements like today's PR scare them off from dumping funds into the stock.

Of the PRs I've read, however, I'm fairly confident this company has a ton of potential. They have very specific long-term and short-term goals, and a management team who is not afraid to be bold about their style of corporate growth (thus the delay on OTCBB, perhaps?). Any relevant PRs in the future are likely to propel the stock forward in large surges...

(and maybe next time I won't buy in at the peak :) )
