So Buffets logic for supporting the death tax is that without it he would not donate as much to charity, thus it is a good thing? LOL. That is some of the most ridiculous logic I have heard recently. (Stop me before I drink too much.)

Buffet has said he will not leave substantial amounts to his kids. So the real reason he supports the death tax appears to be that it does not affect him. That is hypocritical.
