It is his right to donate to government. Susan left the bulk of her estate to the Buffet Foundation. She managed to limit the "contribution" to the treasury and to her resident state treasury to under 100 million dollars. If she believed in the confiscatory 55% death tax that her husband claims to support she would have volunteered an extra $ Billion or more.

There is nothing else like hypocrisy.

Her will made clear her position: "Avoid taxation without respiration!"
