LOL! (Then you 'prefer' what NEVER WAS, and what CANNOT BE. :)

As long as one has more then one tax at any level of government, and anywhere in society... then dollars will be cycled through taxable events more then once.

Elimination of the estate tax would not change that fact one whit.
